The Honeywell Campus Connect Program is a flagship initiative designed to foster continuous engagement with students from top partner colleges. This program transcends traditional recruitment efforts by creating a series of leadership talks, hackathons, tech sessions, and industry interactions. It offers students an immersive experience into the world of Honeywell.
Through various engagements, the aim is to share Honeywell’s innovation narrative, showcase its vibrant culture, and inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and technology leaders. Early connections with young talent help build lasting relationships and reinforce Honeywell’s status as an employer of choice on campus.
Step into the shoes of a Honeywell innovator. Work on real-world problem statements, showcase your technical expertise, and bring your creative solutions to life.
Transform theoretical knowledge into practical solutions
Enhance your coding and problem-solving skills
Develop creative solutions to complex challenges
Stand a chance to earn your spot in Honeywell’s prestigious Internship Program
and get noticed by one of the world’s leading technology organizations.
B.E. / B.Tech students from
Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, AI, ML, and allied branches
Graduating in 2026 with
6.0 CGPA and above
Must be from Honeywell’s
partner college list
MCQs (Aptitude + Technical)
Coding Challenge
Work on real-world engineering use cases
Pitch innovative, structured solutions
Shortlisted candidates may choose any one of the following case-based problem statements for Round 2.
Develop an AI-powered surveillance system to detect suspicious activities such as object abandonment or unusual movements using open-source or simulated video data. Use C#/C++/Python with OpenCV and models like YOLOv5. Deliverables include detection models, implementation code, an alert dashboard with timestamps, and optional synthetic video generation using GANs.
Develop a Python-based machine learning solution to detect anomalies in multivariate time-series data. Train your model using a defined “normal” period and identify abnormal patterns across variables. Output a modified CSV with anomaly scores (0–100) and top contributing features. Ensure modular, well-documented code with clear feature attribution and error handling.
India’s food and beverage industry is rapidly expanding. The challenge is to develop a predictive maintenance system for detecting process anomalies in F&B manufacturing (e.g., baked goods, frozen foods, or dairy). Constraints include collecting multivariable time-series data (e.g., raw material deviations, equipment settings) and establishing relationships between process parameters and product quality.
Optimize flight schedules at congested airports like Mumbai and Delhi using one week of flight data. Analyze peak-time delays, runway constraints, and cascading disruptions. Build AI models to identify optimal takeoff/landing times, busiest slots, and high-impact flights. Enable insights through an NLP-powered interface for efficient schedule decision-making.
